Where are the game save files for f1 2012 located

Just copy your backup back into this folder. If you don't have a backup, then you won't get it back once it's deleted or corrupted in any way. Into which folder? The games folder???? Posted October 11, Hello there, I am got a critial issue with my F1 games. They all got corrupted files which means Steam Cloud I guess it's the reason for it has saved a corrupted copy of my profile in especially F1 Steam Cloud loads this copy every time I start the game. The missing data is: deleted career, deleted setups I made, deleted settings I made like controls, audio, graphic etc.

Every time I launch the game it resets all settings setups etc. It frustrats me a lot as you might guess. The game asks me to send a message to the Development Team-"yes" or "no" are my response possibilities.

Then it asks me if I wanna try to recover my files. I can choose "yes" or "no". If yes,unsuccessfully, if no,nothing happens. The 3rd question is:" Do you wanna create a new save game? I've seen your video you sent via Twitter. If the data is corrupt then there isn't much that we can do about that now it's worth trying this though.

In Steam you can turn off Cloud synchronisation for a game. Untick Enable steam cloud sync. See if that makes any difference. If that doesn't change anything boot the game and select Create New Save then go to Game Options and make sure Autosave is enabled.
